As a trusted real estate advisor, Ynez D. Wells loved real estate since she was just a child growing up in
Brooklyn, New York, and helped her mom and dad buy their first home. After graduating high school
and going on to college, she took courses at NYU and also got her real estate license. Not long
afterward becoming a wife and mom of 4 wonderful kids, she moved to Virginia and her passion for real
estate continued to grow. After getting licensed in Virginia, her desire and commitment to help others
rang true. She understands that selling and/or buying a home can be both challenging and rewarding.
This perspective has made her an asset to her clients. Her 20+ years of understanding the real estate
market and players involved in real estate transactions and moving up the ranks to become a Top
Producer, gives her the drive to always be truthful, honest, patient, and supportive of her clients. Ynez
also is the Executive Director of Omni Affordable Housing Inc., a non-profit organization where her
advocacy for housing continues. Ynez enjoys helping others, dancing, listening to music, traveling,
laughing, and spending time with family & friends.
